Cindy is an Australian adrenalin junkie who regularly competes in running competitions and has made local headlines in vertical stair climbs. She has been instructing Group Exercise as a passionate hobby on a part-time basis with one of the leading global fitness chains. That aside, she knows what it takes to train corporate clients as she has worked as a finance professional for over 10 years specializing in equities research and portfolio management.

Wesley Reid

Wesley, like most Australians, has been involved in sports all his life. He comes from a strength training background of over 10 years, and regularly competes in running competitions locally and overseas. As a pilot, he appreciates the challenges to remain health conscious faced by those who travel regularly or those with shifting schedules.

Emma Bell – Senior Instructor

Emma Bell

Born in the UK, fitness has been in Emma’s family from a young age where she helped her family build a successful aerobics empire throughout the 1980’s and 90’s. Emma has been teaching fitness since the age of 18, and competed to a high level through sports education including swimming, tennis and hockey, as well as representing England in horse-riding. She has hosted televised aerobics on behalf of Manchester United Football Club, obtained advanced instructing qualifications up to choreographer level and loves all things Group Exercise from weights to cardio to high intensity interval training.

His passion is his profession, and through a University Degree in Psychology he believes first you must train the brain then the body will follow. With almost 10 years in Hong Kong, now a mother and fitness coach, LJ understands the demands of city life. LJ puts genuine care and thought into encouraging regular exercise, good nutrition and a balanced lifestyle. With pre and post natal experience, LJ can confidently help clients to ensure they stay physically and mentally strong throughout this amazing and challenging journey. LJ can usually be found working with the bar, she enjoys weight training and HIT interval work and is always willing to take on a challenge!
