She has been instructing Group Exercise as a passionate hobby on a part-time basis with one of the leading global fitness chains. That aside, she knows what it takes to train corporate clients as she has worked as a finance professional for over 10 years specializing in equities research and portfolio management.

Ewa Burkland – Trainer

Ewa Burkland

Mother of two toddlers and originally from Poland, Ewa has been a trainer for over 10 years. Having worked in Hong Kong, Shanghai and California, Ewa is a true fitness lover. Ewa brings her personal experience to sessions having ‘done it all’ – from short distance races to ultra-marathon running, and bodybuilding to cycling. She now devotes most of her time to High Intensity Training – a style which helped her get back into shape only 4 months after giving birth. Ewa has wide experience training pre and post-natal clients, proving that staying fit whilst pregnant is achievable with careful and smart programming – and you can be in the best shape of your life after pregnancy no matter what age!

Tyler is an American who has been coaching sport since the age of 18. His passion is his profession, and through a University Degree in Psychology he believes first you must train the brain then the body will follow. Working out regularly since the age of 12, he believes strategy, structure and motivation are the keys to an effective workout.  He is always looking to coach those willing to put forth the effort to exercise, helping to improve his clients’ discipline, confidence and lives.
