Cindy is an Australian adrenalin junkie who regularly competes in running competitions and has made local headlines in vertical stair climbs. She has been instructing Group Exercise as a passionate hobby on a part-time basis with one of the leading global fitness chains. That aside, she knows what it takes to train corporate clients as she has worked as a finance professional for over 15 years specializing in equities research and portfolio management.

Wesley Reid – Director, Co-head Trainer

Wesley, like most Australians, has been involved in sports all his life. He comes from a strength training background of over 15 years, and regularly competes in running and Spartan competitions locally and overseas. As a pilot, he appreciates the challenges to remain health conscious faced by those who travel regularly or those with shifting schedules.

Simon Passmore – Trainer

Simon has been competing in a variety of team and individual sports his whole life, plus running races through to marathon level. More recently he has developed a passion for the strength, endurance and athleticism required for obstacle course races leading to his personal training style being that of functional exercise modalities. Simon has a passion for healthy living and nutrition, and as a previous finance professional he enjoys helping clients mix busy lives with achieving their fitness goals.
